American Express - Blue Cash Preferred Credit Card

Decent card offering. HORRIBLE support to the point of feeling scammed.

Predatory from our experience.

After trying the Blue Cash Preferred, we received a bonus for using the card. However in the tiny fine print, if the card was cancelled in under a year, the bonus was then owed back (with interest under certain conditions).

However when cancelling card, support did not notify of this contingency, and additional support said they would look into it.

However, when our team reached out to another manager in Florida, he finally divulged there was nothing being looked into, it was just a big run-around.

Anyway, if they handle one variable of the experience like this, it brings into question their ethical values and quality across all of their service offerings.
